MAC? how to mirror an image on a MAC?

Can you help me? I LOVE this board and have been reading reading reading found a design that is perfect for us- saved it to documents....Now what? How do I mirror an image on a mac? I can turn it upside down but can't figure out how to mirror so the words will come out correctly when I transfer the image?

Ok, so my DH does it for me, but I looked and this is what I come up with...There probably is an easy way though!

Open Image
Using Tools:
Flip Image
Rotate Image

Let me know if you need more help!

I am lol because I got so frustrated I emailed it to DH and asked one of the computer girls there to flip it for me! LOL But I am going to try your way too. thank you
