Maybe in Hell....Is there a place where they serve Mac and cheese with tuna?
I wouldn't do that in the restaurant, though.Maybe you could bring a single serve foil packet and mix it into any of the dozens of plain Mac and cheese options available.
I cannot locate that combination through a menu search. I would not solely rely on the timeliness of these menus. But.....Is there a place where they serve Mac and cheese with tuna?
More caffeine needed here. Was thinking CHH and wrote LTT instead- duh for me and good catch for youI cannot locate that combination through a menu search. I would not solely rely on the timeliness of these menus. But.....

-- Columbia Harbor House - tuna sandwich.....but has no mac'n'cheese on their menu.
-- Earl of Sandwich - tuna melt.....but has no mac'n'cheese on their menu.
-- ESPN - tuna sandwich......but has no mac'n'cheese on their menu.
-- Plaza Restaurant - tuna sandwich......but has no mac'n'cheese on their menu.
Sounds interesting but wouldn't you want filet in it?Is there a place where they serve Mac and cheese with tuna?
Sounds like a variation on a tuna melt or tuna fish casserole. I would check the menus of places like 50's Prime. Or may buy a tuna sandwich at LTT and mix it with a side of mac+cheese.
GL.
Never eaten a tuna sandwich at CHH but the picture of it is very white so I doubt they put pickle relish in it .That's become a trend in mass produced food since I see it at my local supermarkets' deli counters getting plopped out of a plastic bag into the serving container. Doresnt look like boiled eggs, celery and onions get used much eitherThe sandwich at CHH is tuna salad - I would think when someone makes tuna mac, they just put tuna in it without the mayo/relish/etc that is mixed with the tuna for tuna salad.

That's how my mom makes it too. I like it. She puts peas in it too. But none of my family likes it so it's been eons since I've had it.My mothers house! She also serves a tuna casserole, but be warned, she adds a can of cream of mushroom soup to it.I dont know how Im still alive.

Same! It was a financial thing for us. Now when my kids visit my parents, every meal is a smorgasbord.Me too, but mostly because my Mom is now 80 and hasnt cooked in years. We all ate it as kids. No choice. I grew up in a house where you had to eat whatever was in front of you....and like it![]()
Same! It was a financial thing for us.
Our menus generally included things like chili, tuna noodle casserole, spaghetti, chicken pot pie, chicken and waffles (not the kind you're likely thinking of, it was leftover chicken in a gravy sauce, to this day I cannot eat waffles), eggs, grilled cheese, fish sticks, etc. I'm one of 5, so my parents had an army to feed.We had $$, but you wouldnt know it by what we ate! I think it came from the way my parents were raised, not having a lot and coming from very large families (Mom one of 8 and Dad one of 5). We ate Mac N Cheese with Tuna, EVERY Sat night was 5pm church followed by hotdogs and beans (on rare occasions, the hotdogs were wrapped in crescent rolls) Minute Rice was very common with a meal!! Meatloaf, Shake N Bake Pork Chops, all things I wont touch now.
Funny though, we managed to go to Disney quite often (from MA) and took many international trips and ate like kings and queens (and princesses), then it was back home to more casseroles, while dressed in my Sassoon jeans and Izod polo, with my new perm!!!
