From what I've been reading here some of you may be put off by the recent restrictions imposed by Marks & Spencer when buying currency online using your chargecard or &More card...
...DON'T BE
When I visited the site here I was dismayed to find it stated that if you use your M&S card you will be charged the cash advance interest rate and a handling fee. It also states that you can only have currency up to 50% of your credit limit.
Very restrictive I thought so I phoned them on 08459000900 and spoke to a very nice lady called Karen.
She informed me that due to customer feedback they no longer impose any charges whatsoever (except of course the normal purchase interest rate if you don't settle your account when the statement arrives!)
"All well and good" says I "but only being able to get 50% of your credit limit is still restrictive."
"No problem" says she. And she promptly doubled my credit limit.
Well pleased was I; so I'm just gonna log on and order some dosh.
