I get dizzy easily and have vertigo. I loved Great Movie Ride and miss it terribly. How is M&M Runaway train? Does it cause dizziness? Can anyone compare it to any other rides?

I have vertigo too and while I can't do the teacups anymore, I can do MMRR. It does kind swoop you around in unpredictable circles here and there, but they are not greatly pronounced like a tilt-a-whirl or something like that. It's more of a flowing motion. Guess it depends how sensitive you are to it.

It has one scene that could bother my motion sickness, it's just a screen, not actual movement. I close my eyes and am fine. I rode it twice, really enjoyed it!

Another person with balance issues here. Can't go on MS at all anymore (I was one of the few people that seemed to like it). Can do teacups on a good day though I may have gone for final spin on that on my last trip. Never had a problem with the Runaway train.

There is one room (water room) that messes with me but I close my eyes there because the car doesn’t move and it’s the screens that mess me up and enjoy the rest of the ride. Now I tried Remy’s on this trip and that was a HUGE no from me!! I hated it!!
