Carrie I love your Pictures!!!!

He had our engagement shoot recently, we decided on the Poly and the Grand Floridian. Really anywhere you choose you can't go wrong. Disney ha such beautiful grounds.

Yay for getting your PLANNER! That is awesome! OMG I am not far behind you!!!
I have my menu tasting scheduled already, and we're doing that at 9 am too. HMMM I dont know how yummy chicken and steak will be that early, but I"m willing to see!

I think you are going to LOVE getting pictures done at the poly. They are going to be awesome

I think the photo location choice will be a good one, Ive looked at other peoples photos that they had here and the scenery is really nice.
Bummer about the 9am tasting eh, think it might make me a bit because I don't normally eat first thing.

We did engagement pix at the Poly and at Wilderness Lodge because they were the most exotic looking locations. Here are two of my faves:

We had so much fun doing our e-pics at the Ploy. There are so many great pic opportunities...the beach, the bridge,the dock, close to the wp!

Its been a while since I've done any updates because nothing much seems to have happened, so for just now I thought I would post pictures of the villas we will be staying in.

We are renting both of them. They are on the Windsor Hills estate which isn't too far from Disney

The night before the wedding I will switch villas into the one next door and stay with my mum.
On the wedding morning all the girls will come through to our villa and all the guys will go through to Lee's villa.

We're staying in villa's too, but we are at Highlands Reserve, its near Windsor Hill's I think because I'm sure we've driven past before. Are you getting ready at your villa then? How are you getting to the WP? I'm just curious because I'm gonna be getting ready in our villa, and then heading to the WP.

Update...................

Well it is only 10 days until we leave for our planning trip and I'm starting to get a bit excited. The only thing that is stopping me from getting totally excited is that our children are not coming with us

We made the decision to come alone for a couple of reasons....

1) At least half of this trip will be taken up with meetings and planning for the wedding for which the kids would have been bored.

2) The kids would never of got a week away from school when we are already scheduled to have them out of school for 3 weeks in May for the wedding.

This does not stop me from feeling bad I have a total guilty parent feeling.

Its like saying to them "we're going to Disney na na na na na !"

The thing is thought the kids dont actually seem that bothered because they are getting to stay at their Nana's for a week !

Oh well, its booked, we're going, so I had better start looking forward to it ! Anyway who says we don't deserve a 'pre-wedding honeymoon'

For the past few weeks now I have been glued to google images searching for inspiration pictures - here are a few of them that I still have to slot into my planning folder

Heres some colour samples we got from the local paint store for ideas of different shades we could use.

The material in the picture is a sash in our bridesmaids colour that I borrowed from the bridal store where we got our bridesmaids dresses from. It is buttercup yellow and chiffon.

You can see the colour better in this picture as it is against a white cushion.

I have more pictures to show you but photobucket is running realllllllllllllllllllly sloooooooooooooooooow just now !!

I checked and the limo will pick up from off site villa's. Our planner estimated about 45 minuntes to get from them to the GF. Have a great PS, I only had a phone one and it was awesome so I'm sure you'll have a great time!

Thats great news, I honestly didn't think they would. I wonder if the vintage car would also come off site? Will need to ask next week.
