Luv Swa!!!

I was delayed 2 weeks ago in NY due to BWI being closed for 6 hrs for weather. When I returned from vacation, a $75 LUV voucher was in my mailbox with an apology for the delay!!
Mind you ALL FLIGHTS on ALL airlines were delayed that were going into BWI. I never once thought of complaining--it was bad weather and BWI was closed for all arrivals.
What a nice gesture on SWA's part!

We hit that same delay. DD and I flew on RR tickets, but paid for DS. There's been nothing in my mailbox!!!
