Nope. Not even Dial soap or any normal soap for that matter. I have to use Neutrogena scent free glycerin soap.
Well, yes, Dial has lots of perfume in it! Where do you find Neutrogena scent-free soap? All the Neutrogena products I find around here say things about being clear and natural, but, when I read the ingredients, are full of perfumes! (Likewise to all the glycerin products I can find these days.)
I used to use Dove...but, then, they started putting perfumes in that...but, then they came out with Unscented Dove, so, I used that...but, then about 6 months later they started putting perfumes in the Unscented Dove (supposedly something about making the same product for the US and Canada since in the US "unscented" means "has perfumes to make it seem like it has no scent" and truly "unscented" is labelled "fragrance-free", but, since both "unscented" and "fragrance-free" translate the same into French it doesn't quite work out as a distinction here)...so, then, I switched to the new Sensitive Skin Dove and that lasted about a year...then, my skin started cracking and bleeding this summer and I couldn't figure out why...I've switched to an organic clay soap and that seems to have worked. But, really, couldn't they just use the same recipe for a few years in a row???
All that to say, there are actually a few Lush products that I can use since I'm fine with 100% organic essential oils. However, most Lush product ingredient lists at some point include "fragrance" or "perfume" or "scent" or some other problematic item. There are a few of them though that are aimed at the sensitive--we just have to trust someone else to buy them for us because just walking past that store can cause an asthma attack.
