I was wondering if anyone has purchased these products. I think they are really cute not to mention practical and good for the environment. I was thinking of ordering some for my family but would be interested in reading some reviews. The lunchskins website (www.lunchskins.com) also says that they do fundraisers. Has anyone done one? Thanks.

I've never heard of them but they are adorable and I would love to get some. I only worry about them not coming home. I sent my kindergartner in with a reusable container and it didn't come home. We had a talk. I sent him in with another reusable container and only the bottom came home. We had another talk. Then finally, the whole thing came home but it's ify day to day now. hee-hee

Oh and I just saw that they sell them in a boutique right near me. I know where I'm going this afternoon!

Ooh, wow! I haven't used these, but I'm very interested. We've been using the Wrap-n-Mat (For all three of us) for about a year on and off...but the problem for me with them is the washing. They're not machine washable (at least not ours...perhaps they've made an improvement), so I just hand wash and line dry...which yields them out of commission for a day or two. These look to be dishwasher safe - how cool is that?

DS is in 1st grade and I haven't had the issues that Swimalie has with reusable containers not coming home, maybe DS has lunch attendants who watch closely? or maybe I'm just lucky? :confused3

I went to our local boutique to check them out. They are a treated-like cotton on the outside. Sort of stiff but not bad. The inside is nice. They have a plastic feel but not a smell. The velcro is very sticky. It will hold together well. I didn't buy them at the boutique because they were $1 more for the snack bags and $2 more for the sandwich bags. I'll order them on line.

Thanks for the great report back, Swimalie!

Thanks for the description Swimalie. I ordered each of my DDs a sandwich and snack set today. If they turn out to be as good as I hope they are, I will suggest them as a spring fundraiser for our HSA.
