Lunch with Imagineer at Hollywood Studios?

Hi all,

I posted this on the restaurants forum with no replies as of yet, so thought I’d check in with fellow DVC folks as well.

I’ve always want to do this and have never seen availability on the WDW site, no matter when I look. It looks like it runs every Monday -Wed- Friday, I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips or ideas regarding availability. Our 180 day mark for our December trip is next Friday, so just wondering if it populates on the site that far in advance?

It's been a number of years since our last one, but we've enjoyed every one (I think we've gone three times) and would definitely recommend it! Unfortunately, I have no recent experience, so I can't answer your question about booking. I just checked MDE and found it listed as far out as November 22 but got a "no availability" message when I tried to book it. I would check at my 180 day window for each possible date and then check again periodically - sometimes they don't load availability for such special events right away, even though they show them on the calendar.

I was able to book this at 180 days for my trip this past November but I was also traveling solo which may have made it easier to book.

We have done this twice. It sells out quickly! There are only spots for 12 people. I think Citros has one for dinner, you might want to try that as well. You are able to select your entry - I think it was prime rib, chicken and a vegetarian. It lasts about 2-2.5 hours
