Lunch with Cindy

I haven't done the early-morning calling for ADR's in many years - the last time was probably 7 years ago! But tomorrow is my day to make my ADR's for our next trip, and I have a question....

Is the Fairytale Lunch at CRT as hard to get as the breakfast? Will I need to be dialing the phone at 6:59 a.m.? Has it made a difference now that you can call 180 days from your check-in date rather than your actual dining date? We had dinner at CRT last year and had no problems getting the ADR, but I'm a bit concerned about the lunch....

Also, I know this is 2 TS credits on the Dining Plan - got that figured out. But will I still have to pay in full when I make the reservation like it used to be? We've never used the Dining Plan before either....

I called yesterday - 50 days from the date I wanted for a CRT Lunch - and had no problem. I don't think it's as big of a problem as people say. I could be wrong though!

I think it is easier to get lunch then breakfast or dinner, but in my opinion you can never be to safe. Call early and get everything that you want and then you won't have to worry about it. We are on the dinning plan, but chose to pay OOP for CRT. They asked if I had the dinning plan and didn't charge me until I told them we were paying OOP for the meal. I don't know what they will make you do. Frankly, it seems that it all depends on who answeres the phone when you call sometimes. Good Luck !! I hope you get everything you want.

I also called way after the 180 day window and had my choice of times for Cindy's lunch on the first date I asked about. I don't think you will have a problem.

Well, I found out this morning that the 180-day window from check in doesn't apply to Cindy's - for that one you have to actually call 180 days from your dining day. So no biggie - I got all my other ADR's this morning and will call back tomorrow morning for the Fairytale Lunch. I hope my luck continues!! I feel pretty good about it after reading what you all have to say. Thanks for the encouragement!

I had booked it for our January trip about 90 days out. We really enjoyed the lunch, thought the food was very good. Good Luck!

I got in for lunch on my first choice of days at a good time during free DDP when I called. I called in late April for late late Aug.
