Lunch with Backstage Magic Tour?

Don't kniw if this is where to ask but can anyone tell me what the lunch at Mama Melrose's consists of when you do the backstage magic tour? Am trying to decide just how much to eat before the tour starts in case lunch is just snack size portions.
