Lunch With An Imagineer

I heard about this program a while ago and thought it would be a really cool thing to do. Then I heard they might stop doing, and then I heard nothing. Does anyone know if this is still going on?

I called a couple of weeks ago and they had not reinstated it yet. The CM didn't know if they would be offering it again. I really hoped they would since it sounds like such a wonderful experience.

They better still be offering these as my DM and I are going at the end of the month and have one scheduled! When I called the dining number to ask about it, they offered me two lunch dates and a dinner date for the week we will be there. You may be thinking of the lunch/dinner with an artist, which has been discontinued, obviously because they don't really have any artists there anymore, after the close of the animation studio in florida. The imagineer lunch and dinner is still available though. The lunch we're doing is 60.99 plus tax and tip per person at 11:30am at the Brown Derby at MGM in a private room. It's a four course meal. The dinner I think has more courses,or at least more options for the courses, and includes wine. I belive it's 99.00 a person plus tax and tip. Not sure as far as times though. I would suggest you just call and talk to the disney dining people for more info, the two people I talked to had no problem finding it and scheduling it.
