Lunch with an Imagineer?

A few months ago i read somewhere that you could book a lunch with an imagineer, does anyone know where i could find some more information on this? My son will be going down to Florida on thursday (try-out with U of N.Fla baseball team, hoping to make team in the fall). Dad and DS#1 are going to combine the college tour/tryout with 2 days at WDW. They are leaving on Thursday.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing quite so uplifting as lunch with a depressed animator.....or is that an oxymoron?

when we were there in January.....

Lunch/dinner with an animator is no longer offered.

However Lunch with an Imagineer is still available, as the Imagineers are not attached to the animation studio.

We'll be there the last week of February and are doing the lunch with an imagineer. The previous poster was right- no more lunch wiht an animator, since the animation studio is closed, but there are hundreds of imagineers involved with the whole WDW experience who are still around doing their thing. If you call the disney dining number, they can set this up for you (they do it a couple days a week). It works more or less like a PS (only if you don't cancel 48 hours in advance and don't show up, they charge your credit card for the whole thing...but there's no payment upfront, they just take a CC # for confirmation). They can tell you the whole menu for the lunch and so on. There's also a dinner with an imagineer.
