Lunch with an astronaut at KSC?

Hi,
Does anybody know if lunch with an astronaut at the Kennedy Space Center is a buffet or sit down?

It's a buffet, but a nice buffet. There are limited selections (we had pasta, chicken, and something else on offer for the main entree, then some nice salads, rice, dessert, and another side dish or two) but the food was quite good.

Even more than that, the astronaut's talk was spellbinding. Our 7, 9, and 12 year olds were fascinated, and we left feeling it was a must-do for a day at KSC.

Not much to add to the above post. It was the same wonderful experience for us. The buffet was pretty top notch. Our desserts were in the shapes of space shuttles and the linens etc. were red, white and blue. Festive and fun! It was a fabulous day and LWAA made it for us.
