Lunch with a Disney Artist

I saw this at the all ears wesite but it doesn't have any info other than the menu. I am hoping to find the answers to the folowing.

Can I book this with the dining plan?
If so, how many credits is it?
What does the artist do that makes this special.

I am taking my DD's BFF on our trip in November and she is a pretty talented kid. I want to encourage her in her drawing ability, will the artist at this lunch do that?

I had never heard of it so I went and looked on allears and at the top it said it has been discontinued. They do have a lunch/dinner with an Imagineer. It is not on the DDP. I have never been to one but have heard good things about it. Try looking that up and read what people have to say. Hope that helps
