::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo :earsgirl: :earsboy: We are 2 adults and 2 children (aged 9 & 2). Any suggestions for where to choose for light lunches/snacks while at DLP? (Probably our main meal of the day will be in the evening)

There seems a lot of places to choose from - looked up www.dlpfoodguide.com (Going to DLP in March - some carryout lunch places seem to be closed since it's not high season).

Thanks for any suggestions.

Market House Deli on Main Street was nice. Salads, sandwiches, croque monsieurs, ... all very good

Lucky Nugget is great but it's a buffet with characters so a bit pricey maybe for lunch. We also like the Market Street Deli or Colonel Hathi's in Adventureland. Hyperion also in Discoveryland.

Victoria's off main street or Cowboy Cookout would be two choices for us.
For your 2 year old possibly Pizza Planet with play area would be good choice :)

Thanks all, for your replies - great help. Before l was getting a :headache: and  with all the choices and opening times/days etc in guidebook and dlpfoodguide. . Now it's :cool2: and l'm :) :) again

Don't think we'll starve at DLP anyway.

Thanks.

What's the Pinoochio themed one called again? I am having a weird memory lapse and can't be bothered to look it up. Anyway, we really like it there for fast food. The interior is really nice.

I had looked at dlpfoodguide before leaving. At DL, I noticed many restaurants changed their menu/ concept (e.g.: Hunter's Gill is mentioned on the dlpfoodguide website as a à la carte restaurant, in fact it's a buffet now.)

It might be worth emailing the site owner with any changes to update the site :)

Nicola, because I'm not a big fan of the food - I had also had a temporary memory lapse about this one - but my kids really love this one and like you I love the interior. It was cheap as well from what I do remember
