Lunch vs Dinner Menu Question

If you have reservation around the time of the lunch to dinner menu shift and you really want something that is on the lunch menu how likely do you think that would be granted? (Brown Derby - Want the Wagyu Cheeseburger but it is not on Dinner Menu)

Once the lunch hour is over all the ingredients needed for lunch items are put away and the kitchen is focused on dinner preparation. There isn't anything on the dinner menu that resembles the Wagyu beef burger so the ingredients, kitchen space and staff won't be available.
