Lunch vs Dinner at GG and other character meals

Are the prices for most character meals the same at lunch and dinner now? So many restaurants went to all day menus I'm trying to figure out where I can still save a few bucks and do lunch vs. dinner. Particularly in regards to a character meal. I was looking into Garden Grille and it looks like breakfast is a little cheaper but lunch and dinner are around $50 for adults and $30 for kids? Ouch!

What site has the most current prices listed? I have to book just one character meal really just for my 6 year old who requested it and just trying to make it a little more budget friendly, lol.

All Ears does a good job of keeping the prices up to date. Try Tusker House at AK. All Ears has it as one of the cheapest Character meals. We have been there several times....food is great!

We have done breakfast at Garden Grill and loved it!! You could do a later breakfast and it can be lunch as well! We do that a lot. The Garden Grill is so relaxing, too. Family style meal served- so no getting up to the buffet line. The characters come to you!

Thanks! Looks like, as I suspected, the lunch/dinner price at the character meals in parks is pretty close or the same. Not much savings to do lunch. Bummer.

You can do a late brft at TH and take advantage of brft and some lunch foods as they change over half the buffet to lunch, but pay the lower brft price. This also takes advantage of the early hours to get rides done before longer lines.

Since GG is served family style, you can't do the late breakfast to lunch thing that you can at other restaurants. They won't bring you lunch food after they've brought you breakfast.

Tusker House, Crystal Palace, and Hollywood & Vine will work for the late breakfast/early lunch price savings.

yes- I just meant that if you eat later in the morning you won't need to eat lunch and breakfast is cheaper- sorry if I didn't make that clear!
