What time do most restaurants begin serving or accepting ressies for lunches in the parks?

I'm thinking of getting lunch on some days before heading back to resort to rest during days of Morning Extra Magic Hours....

I believe most lunch ADRs start at 11:30am.

A few do start at 11:30 but I found most don't until 12 noon. But that is not a huge time difference.
