Lunch or Dinner? Can't decide!

Hey everyone! I'm almost done figuring out my priority seatings for our FIRST trip to WDW!! Ok so here are my questions:

Would you recommend Le Cellier for lunch or dinner? I can't decide, both menus look delicious.

Next question: Would you go to Rose and Crown for lunch or dinner? Is there really a difference or no?

Finally the last question! Would you recommend Restaurant Akershus for lunch or dinner? The dinner menu looks like there is more of a variety but is it worth the extra money or is the lunch just as good?

We're not going to all these restaurants in the same days of course, we'll be eating at each one on different days. I'd really appreciate your responses and I'd love to hear any experiences you've had at these restaurants!

I love Le Cellier for a wonderful dinner (having a very LIGHT lunch).

Rose and Crown is the opposite -- I really enjoy having a great lunch there. Although, I hear that if you are lucky enough to get patio seating, having dinner and watching Illuminations cannot be beat.

No opinion on Norway -- I just can't get my stomach excited about that menu.

MMMM Fish & Chips at R&C for lunch and a wonderful Steak at LeCellier for dinner. Would be my choice, but some like R&C for the view of illuminations.

We love R&C and LeCellier, but have only ever had dinner at both.
The one time I ordered fish and chips for dinner at R&C, I was disappointed. When I had the f&c for lunch at the take away window next door to R&C, it was excellent.
