I am really excited to try Chefs de France in October and made our ressie for lunch so that we could see Remy. Now I am wondering if I made the right choice. There are a few options on the dinner menu (AllEars) that look very interesting (the scallop dish, for instance). Does anyone who has been there have a preference for one or the other and why? Anything on the dinner menu (or lunch) that isn't on the other that you think is out of this world?
