Lunch in Epcot

Can someone share with me the opening times for Teppenyaki Dining Japan in World Showcase, Tempura Kiku Japan in World Showcase and Chefs de France France in World Showcase. I understand that certain establishments begin serving at 12:00 p.m. while others begin serving at 1:00 p.m.

You've mentioned that both open at noon. Three establishments were listed, therefore, which of the three open at noon?

Chefs opens at noon. Also, some open at 11:30 - Le Cellier does now, apparently. We have an 11:30 PS next month for lunch.

We had a PS for Teppanyaki at 12:30 last week so I assume that it would be open at noon. We actually cancelled that PS and ate at Matsunuoma lounge instead, as we prefer sushi to hibachi and Matsunuoma/Tempura Kiku have a much larger sushi selection. But even though we had PS's there was hardly a wait at all. I didn't see anyone waiting for a lunch seating at any Japan restaurant for more than 10 minutes. We really enjoyed having lunch there, as it was not crowded at all and the service was marvelous!
