Lunch for 10 on a budget

I am one of the chaperones for our Grad Nite trip. I need to make reservations, either close to MK, close to Epcot, or in Epcot for 10, on a budget. My experience is making reservations for 4 on the dining plan so I am asking for your knowledge on this one.

I know counter service is going to be the cheapest route, but is there a sit down place where all ten of us could eat together, same table, for about 25.00 per person? $25.00 has to include tip and tax. Adding to the mix is that this meal is for all girls, meaning the resturant needs to offer salads and or sandwiches.

If we do go the counter service route, Epcot will likely be the place. I can't remember which country has the most sitting area.

Any ideas?

Would this be for lunch or dinner? If it is for lunch, you have lots of options as many of the ts restaurants are close to this price for lunch. For dinner, it will be harder to do. My suggestions for dinner would be The Plaza or Tony's Town Square at MK. You should be able to get a good meal at either of those restaurants for $25 even at dinner. If you want a buffet style meal.. try the Trails End restaurant at Ft. Wilderness. It's a quick boatride away from MK. Good luck

I would suggest lunch at the Crystal Palace. I would think it is under $25 a person and they are used to handling large parties. The food is really good and it is an all you can eat buffet. Plus...they may get a kick out of seeing Pooh and friends!

Thanks for your replies. Yes, it is for lunch. The girls will be tired of MK, grad nite is there Friday night. I was thinking of one of the resorts close to it. I will look into Crystal Place and the Ft. Wilderness suggestions.

Any more suggestions?

Big River Grill and Brewing Company at the Boardwalk? They have a lot of salads/sandwiches and you can walk to EPCOT from there. Most items on the menu are in the 10-15 range.

ESPN Club on the Boardwalk has similar food and price ranges, and is even closer to EPCOT.

It's tough to do a sit-down dinner in that price range, so those are your best options near EPCOT. The buffet at FW is great, but I'm not sure how much teenage girls will go for it. Check out the menu on allearsnet.com

Check out the Grand Floridian Cafe's menu. There's only one lunch entree over $20 and most are in the 14-17 range. It's in a beautiful resort and the food that we've had from there has been very good. We also have found the cafe a little less crowded and a little more adult than many of WDW's sit-down restaurants. It's also on the monorail from MK.

In Epcot you can do Le Chefs de France French Menu is $20 at lunch

The Plaza is a great deal with entree salads and sandwiches at around 13.00 sodas at 2.69 and ice cream desserts in the 5-6 dollar range.

Lunch at The Wave in the Contemporary would be in range, with entrees in the 12-18 dollar range, and desserts around 8.00.

Kona at the Poly is also close in price with entrees ranging from 13-19, and desserts around 6

If you end up doing CS, Tangierine Cafe in Morocco has lots of seating and great counter service choices IMO. The shawarma platters are fabulous and run about $12-$14. You might also try Sunshine Seasons for the variety.

Captain's Grille at YC also has reasonably priced lunches, from what I can tell.
