Anyone hear any news about a Fantasmic Lunch dining package? I saw it on WDW Magic news and rumors.

Well fantasmic package is always a really early dinner i would almost call it a lunch that may have been what they were refering to.

Seems that they just started offering it.

We had a change in the number of people in our party. When I called to reschedule, I was surprised to be offered a 2:50 lunch time. The dinner I originally booked was for 3:30.

We had a lunch package in January - we had a 3:05 dining time - not much different from the dinner times, except that the dinner packages were all gone when we booked. But someone reported on another thread that they booked a 1:30 time with the lunch package.

The cost is the same as the dinner package, but you might get to eat at a more traditional time.

I spoke with a CM tonight who confirmed that you could do lunch at Brown Derby or Mama Melrose only, and that lunch was served from 12 - 2:30.

Wondering if the Mama Melrose Lunch/Fantasmic includes the Appitizers as the dinner one does???

I'm absolutely certain I just read that you could request Fantasmic seating if you eat lunch at Mama Melrose and one other place...maybe H&V? I don't recall. But I know you could for Mama Melrose because I made a note to consider it since we planned to eat at MM for lunch one day.

I know you can do it for lunch just wondering if they are going to offer the same package as the dinner one does.

We were pleantly suprised to find last year that the package had included the appitizer for each person. wondering if that would be same if you book it as a lunch?? Of is cause it's not lunch they may not offer the same selection.

Yes, it is the same package at the same price - appetizer, entree, dessert and non-alcoholic drink whether on DDP or paid OOP.

That is sooo great thanks :) getting up early tomorrow for ADR's  the only time it's great to be up before the birds :cool1:
