Lunch entree at dinner reassurance!

I know this may be a bit on the OCD side, but after having had food poisoning twice before (confirmed, though it was years ago), I'm especially careful on trips.

We have dinner ADRs at Rose & Crown next week, but I'd really love to have the Ploughman's Lunch salad that's on their lunch menu as my dinner entree. I would imagine it wouldn't be too hard to accomodate that request since it's all cold items, but would the food be as "fresh" as if I'd ordered it at lunch?

Rest assured. All of the Disney-owned restaurants are very conscientious about proper food temperature practices. They won't serve anything that isn't fresh. Your greater concern would be whether or not they have enough ingredients left in-house after the lunch hour to provide the dish. That's likely not as assured.

Thanks, bicker. You know, you're one of the voices here that I have confidence in, so I appreciate your comments. I understand the ingredients issue...just needed the reassurance on the rest of it!
