lunch/dinner?

Does anyone know what time lunch ends and dinner begins at WDW restaurants?

The latest times we've gotten for lunch seatings was 2:45. I think dinner seatings start at 4 or 4:30.

We always do TS Lunch late, then don't really need anything else. We eat a snack around 11 so we are good to go til the late lunch.
