Lunch Buffet at ADH

Reading everyone's posts you have been so helpful in the planning stages of our wedding. I wanted to get an idea of what people are doing for their lunch buffet vs. their cocktail hour at ADH. Also, are you doing a package bar for the whole time/part of the time? I was just trying to get some costs down and wondered if anyone put items on their buffet menu that they served at the cocktail hour or did it seperate.
