Lunch at Pepper Market

Does anyone know how early would you can get lunch at the Pepper Market at CSR? I think we'll have a few counter service credits left on our day of departure and I'd prefer to get lunch rather than breakfast.

Thanks!
 
I think they started lunch at 11:00 AM.
