We will be doing HS on Wednesday, November 30th. We already have 2 breakfast and 2 dinner ADR's. I thought about doing TS lunch here since I am unsure of how long it will actually take us in the park. Suggestions/ideas? My kids aren't really into Disney Jr., but they are 5 so I haven't discounted Hollywood and Vine.

TIA!

I would go for Mama Melrose instead of H&V. That's me personally though. Granted your there for lunch, the last 2 times we went to breakfast there, we didn't like H&V. I think the food is better quality at Mama's.

hmmmm for lunch there is always the Hollywood Brown Derby, i had an excellent meal there in the beginning of May.

There is also the Sci Fi Theater good for Burgers and Fries

for QS try starring rolls but they close at 4PM orthe Commisarry

You MUST eat at 50s Prime Time Cafe!!!! Best food! If you are on the Dining Plan, you can even get a Milkshake as your beverage. The food is awesome and the atmosphere is even better.

It is perfect for Lunch. I recommend the PB and J Milkshake, Meatloaf for your entree, and the Smores for dessert.

We all loved it there.

Hope that helps. Cousin Vinny will seat you and they say Mama is in the kitchen. Also better make sure no elbows on the table. Very cute.

we did mama melrose for lunch last time,, it was good,, we just did 50's prime last week for dinner. Not sure if that one for lunch would be as good cause it is a lot of food! LOL

Mama Melrose's has good food, but with kids I would say 50s primetime or Sci-Fi Dine In. Those restaurants have good food as well as a fun atmosphere. Just be careful with the dine in... your kids might be too busy watching the movies to eat! lol

My family likes the Sci-Fi Diner and Mama Melrose. We've had lunch at both places and liked them.

I'll be trying 50's Prime Time for lunch in September. I want to try the fried chicken.

We did the 50s Primetime and loved it! The milk shakes were out of this world, and all of our entrees were delicious!

I would pick 50's Prime Time Cafe....... The servings are huge, so that may be a turn on or a turn off for you. I loved just sitting around and watching the CM interact with everyone. On our last trip one little boy was out of his seat, he was standing beside his sister picking on her. One of the cast members came around and told the boy "In the mother voice" to sit and and leave his sister alone or no dessert. The little boy ran back to his seat. I have evern seen Cast members do the airplane in trying to feed adults, it;s just a great place and good food.
