I'd appreciate any reviews or experiences with Captain's Grille. I'm considering making an ADR for lunch there for our April trip, but I don't ever hear too much about it. I did look at the menu online, and it looks like a nice selection that would work fine for us.

I just made a lunch reservation there for our trip in a few weeks. We are spending the morning at DHS and then heading to EC around lunch so we're going to hop off the boat at the Yacht Club for lunch. I've not heard much about it but what I have heard is positive. Would love a few more reviews - especially if anyone has tried the lobster roll.

I think this place is such a hidden gem. We stayed at YC this past August and ate there 3 times (once each for breakfast, lunch and dinner). All 3 meals were wonderful. It's quiet, understated and relaxing with good food and decent prices.

That being said, I still try to eat in the parks and will likely only eat there if we stay there again. I don't travel much for dining. There are restaurants in both DHS and Epcot that I enjoy as well so I'm more likely to just book an ADR in-park when I'm at those parks.

We ate here for the first time in August. This was our first dining reservation on our trip, and we loved it here. My hubby and I both got the New England lobster roll and we really enjoyed it. My daughter got the fish and chips and it was the best we have eaten any where. When we asked what to order, the waitress told us that they were known for their fish and chips. Our lobster rolls were really good, but I think if we went back I would order the fish and chips. Hope you enjoy!!

I had the lobster roll  two times when I was there in August and just made two ADR for lunch next April :yay: I am from New England and we are very particular about our lobster rolls and these did not disappoint :woohoo: There were huge and filled with large chunks of lobster meat, just the right amount of mayo and no fillers :dance3: I am so looking forward to having them again in April :cloud9:

Thanks for your replies, everyone. It sounds like a place we'll definitely want to try. We're staying close by at Boardwalk, so it'll be nice and convenient too. :)

Yay! Thanks so much for your reviews and I'm happy to hear the lobster rolls are good. I grew up on them in Connecticut and live in Texas now where people look at me like I have 3 heads when I say lobster roll. Can't wait to try it!
