Lunch at Ariel's, help me decide when

We are going to DL December 11-16. Myself my dd 7 and her godmother. I promised DD would would eat lunch at Ariel's. (Lunch we because we are staying concierge at PP so we can eat a lot there)

I was thinking we would od lunch Friday or Sat when the parks were busier, however, the sooner we eat there the easier the rest of the trip will be since we won't have to hunt down princesses. So which day?

We are thinking of going on Wednesday while we are there.

No matter what day you go, I would pick a late lunch, so you can take advantage of the less-busy morning touring hours in the parks. When we have lunch ressies, we usually make them for around 1:00.

Where is lunch at Ariels. My daughter has out grown the princesses, except Ariel.
Her birthday trip I think will be nice to do this if possible.
