Hi,

Does anyone know what times the Lunar NY characters meet over in DCA? Are they out all day? Looking specifically to meet Oswald and Ortensia.

Also what times are Mickey and everyone out in Town Sq in their 100th outfits?

Many thanks

No set times, you have to ask the cast members who manage the meet and greet locations. You won't find specific times listed for any of them.

But if you hang out in a place like Town Square for an hour, you will eventually see all of them. They kind of rotate.

Yesterday (Saturday 28th) Town Square was packed with characters all morning from open until at least 11am when I left Disneyland. More characters out all at once than I’ve seen in a long time.

It was the first weekend of the 100th celebration, but hopefully they’ll keep up the push for awhile. Lines were consistently full so it looks like demand is there.

LNY characters have the general time window listed in the app. They rotate. Just because it says "until X time" does not mean you'll see that character still in the rotation. They might have finished their last set an hour before. Go early. And always good to get the in person info from a character attendant.

Rotation includes (and this is the order I witnessed over a few days, but it could easily change based on many factors):
Oswald
Ortensia
Mickey and Minnie
Mulan and Mushu
Repeat from start

If the little LNY parade is going, Oswald, Mulan, and Mushu cannot be greeting.

Note there are no PhotoPass CMs with many of these characters. LNY and some of the 100th characters over in DL. None are scheduled at LNY at all (confirmed with PP CM lead I know) and it seems inconsistent if there's one with 100th characters (did not ask about this). Like I saw one with Mickey, but not a short distance away with Chip and Dale. This may not matter for everyone, but it might be important to someone to know.
