Lunar New Year Celebration! I hope they bring it back every year!

We thought it was fantastic.

The MOST adorable Chip & Dale I've ever seen. Mulan & Mushu were quite the big hit too but we have tons of pictures with them together. We were all about C&D.

Great performances too, beautifully decorated area, nice music. They did a great job transforming that area near Small World.

Only thing that was kind of odd to me were the white girls in the kimonos that performed. Seriously--not enough Asian girls working there to keep it authentic? Maybe they were going for diversity, but it was kind of weird. Maybe they were Asian but didn't really look it? I don't know.

There is such a huge Asian crowd at Disneyland, I'm glad they are finally celebrating this important holiday.

We really enjoyed it too! A friend who met us there commented on celebrating the Lunar New Year on different continents, and although done tastefully, it was slightly odd to see the diverse dancers.
