Lumberjack show day of

Curious if the Disney exclusive lumberjack show in Ketchikan sells out? It says on their website that tickets can be bought day of and doors open 30mins before. Any experience getting this show day of. Thanks!

The Disney-exclusive content is minor - essentially a slinging game for the little ones at the beginning and some verbal references to the Disney characters. If this one is sold out, just do another that's available.

I don't believe it sells out. When I went in 2018 there were plenty of seats. That said, I wouldn't recommend it. It's very touristy. Kids might like it, but for anyone older, I'd recommend seeing if there's anything else or maybe a less touristy version.

We are doing a rainforest hike/totem park excursion when the other show is offered.

Thanks! We have 2 little kids that I think will like it. It says it’s only an hour and our morning excursion is done at 2:45. I kind of want to wait till day of to decide because maybe they will want to walk the town or see the show but want to avoid disappointment if we can’t get tickets.

We had plenty of time for an excursion, walk through Ketchikan, and the lumberjack show. My kids, who were 8 and 6, loved the show. We did the Disney exclusive and my daughter was chosen to participate in the show.

I've been wondering the same.
My daughter wants to go but she's mostly just interested in the axe throwing portion which is a $10 add on apparently. I'm unsure how good that will be though if it'll be worth the show entrance cost as well.
