Oh, my goodness. It has not been a good eating day. I'm seriously in the d-zone now and the added stress of DD and the dog (who has an ear infection!) was enough to put me seriously into my WW point bank.
Here goes:
b--4.5 points
l--6 points
apple-2
cheese/tomatoes-1.5
butterfinger!--7
coffee w/lots of cream-2
d--peanut butter sandwich--8
skinny cow-2
more dessert--jello-0
Total for day: 33
/Total left in bank=24
Girls, it was just one of those days. I knew I was vulnerable and if I didn't have you all to be accountable to, I'd have gone through the kitchen eating everything I could get my hands on! As it is now, I'm safely upstairs and won't come down until morning. Thank goodness for the safety of my bank and this wonderful WW program or I would've had to hand in my cheat free clippie. As it was, I stopped the damage before it got totally out of hand.
DD got to the dr. and he said that the lump felt to be a swollen lymph node from a recent cold/infection she's fighting. He specifically said why he didn't think it was a Hodgkins (or NonHodgkins?) lump, so that made me feel better. Because it's not hard or painful and can easily be moved around under DDs skin, he was not concerned at this point. If it's still there in a couple of months, he'd like to see DD again. I know I can trust him to be cautious--he lost his beautiful wife, a friend and DDs first pediatrician to a cancerous tumor that was found on her collarbone and had spread through her body.
Now if I could just get the dog straightened out!
You guys mean so much to me. Thank you for your care, concern, prayers, and encouragement. Thank you for being in this healthy living program and understanding how difficult it can be sometimes. It helps to know you're there.
Erin
