Can you believe this? I forgot to take the vitamins yesterday!!!! I went downstairs and collapsed in front of the tv, fell asleep, and never thought about those pills until this morning! Vitamins are revised to be 5/31!!!!
I'm holding steady at 160 this morning. I'm slightly disappointed, I'll admit, but I really fell apart last weekend and I had to pay the price, I guess. Waiting around for Aunt Flo doesn't help things either, but I think I hear her car pulling up, so hopefully her visit will be over with soon!
My plan for today:
1. to take the vitamins this morning.
2. to drink water all day long.
3. to exercise by walking three miles on the treadie. It may take me an hour and a half, but I'm going to do it!
4. to keep track of my points and not binge.
My meal plan:
B--oatmeal and coffee=6
s--cheesestick=2
L--salad=11
s--veggies=0
D--?? This is a dangerous variable. DD is singing in a concert tonight so we don't have any specific plans. If I'm on my own, I'm OK--I can just have a 5 point sandwich, but if we end up going out, I'm putting myself in jeopardy!
Here's a question I have for any of my journal-reading WISH friends. Anyone have any experience with endometriosis? I have a drs. appt. with a GI specialist on Tuesday for problems I've been having. . .I think it might be endometriosis. . .just wondering if you all have any info you can pass on to me.
