Quick morning update: vitamins taken, about 12 oz. of water gone, breakfast eaten, 3 miles on the treadie (42:20 second!:hyper:), and meals almost packed.

Time to go to work. :wave2:

Got through the day, but just barely. I felt myself slipping into a bingeing mentality, but was able to cautiously move away from it.
I can just tell that today is going to be rough--I'm day 31 in the DZone. My energy and attitude are beginning to dip, but I'm going to try to take a slower pace today and just move through with baby steps. Maybe after some coffee I'll perk up?

The plan:

1. Vitamins
2. Water--fill my mug before I leave for work
3. No exercise today, three miles tomorrow
4. Food: oatmeal and coffee for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, sandwich for dinner, cut veggies, biscotti for crunchy snack, cheesestick--about 22 Target points. Weigh in tomorrow. . .

Onward. Downward. One day at a time.

I'm almost to the stage of the DZONE I call "the limp dishrag mode, " but I'm still hanging in there. I tried to drink a lot of water today, but I forgot my vitamins until now. I ate sensibly--more than my 22 points, but no bingeing.

I'm going to update my stats and then shuffle downstairs to take my vitamins. After that? Well, veggie in front of the TV sounds just fine to me.::yes::

Can you believe this? I forgot to take the vitamins yesterday!!!! I went downstairs and collapsed in front of the tv, fell asleep, and never thought about those pills until this morning! Vitamins are revised to be 5/31!!!!

I'm holding steady at 160 this morning. I'm slightly disappointed, I'll admit, but I really fell apart last weekend and I had to pay the price, I guess. Waiting around for Aunt Flo doesn't help things either, but I think I hear her car pulling up, so hopefully her visit will be over with soon!

My plan for today:

1. to take the vitamins this morning.
2. to drink water all day long.
3. to exercise by walking three miles on the treadie. It may take me an hour and a half, but I'm going to do it!
4. to keep track of my points and not binge.

My meal plan:

B--oatmeal and coffee=6
s--cheesestick=2
L--salad=11
s--veggies=0
D--?? This is a dangerous variable. DD is singing in a concert tonight so we don't have any specific plans. If I'm on my own, I'm OK--I can just have a 5 point sandwich, but if we end up going out, I'm putting myself in jeopardy!

Here's a question I have for any of my journal-reading WISH friends. Anyone have any experience with endometriosis? I have a drs. appt. with a GI specialist on Tuesday for problems I've been having. . .I think it might be endometriosis. . .just wondering if you all have any info you can pass on to me.

I'm on my way to work, but first I want to hit our library flea market; they're supposed to have some jigsaw puzzles--my mom loves them, so I'm going to get some and surprise her with them when I visit her next weekend for her 80th birthday. I have to get myself organized and out the door.

I'm going to really try to stay OP today--vitamins, water, exercise, eating right--the whole deal!

Yesterday we had tons of fun at our walk and at dinner with Doreen and her DH. Whenever I meet other WISHers, it always seems as if we've known each other for years. It's a good feeling.

OK, I'm going to make some coffee and then try to wake up and get to church. No pain this morning; Aunt Flo's been in the house for a few days now--maybe she's going to treat me right for Mother's Day at least??

:faint: Whew! It was quite a weekend! Tons of fun, but now I need the work-week to rest up!:rolleyes:

Yesterday was church, some shopping and running around, cleaning, and then MIL and FIL came for the day. We had a nice time together, but I didn't stay on plan. Unfortunately, I bet that doesn't surprise anyone--it seems as if I've begun to make it a habit to be off plan from Friday afternoon until Monday a.m. My goal for this week is to make it through until Sunday (let's be realistic, right?;) ) before falling off the wagon.

I'm feeling better today. I have a meeting at a nearby dance school re: a music program, then I have to drive up to Mickey's vet and pick up some more antihistamine. Will stop in at the dr. to make sure my referral is at the GI guy's office tomorrow, and then will pick up a balloon for one of my students (it's her birthday :D ) before heading to work. The upstairs is a wreck, but the downstairs is still tidy and clean; it's so nice to walk in the front door and have things be more orderly. . .it gives me that sense of peace.

I hope you have a wonderful Monday! That is really nice of you to get one of your student's a balloon for their birthday. In my last year of teaching, two of my students had their birthdays on my birthday~ September 19th! The class had a huge birthday party for all three of us. (Well, actually all 4 of us because I was pregnant with DD at the time.;) ) It was fun!
