Geesh, I have about 2 minutes here! The weekend was very nice--busy--but nice. My family spoiled me yesterday with breakfast in bed and lovely gifts. I could get used to that treatment!
I ate off plan, however the ENTIRE weekend. Between eating poorly and my allergies, I'm feeling kinda crummy, but it's a
new day, and I'm eager to get back in the groove.
Here's the plan:
1. Devotions--still have to do them
2. Vitamins
3. Water--12 oz. done
4. Exercise--hope to get in a 3 miler today
5. Food--english muffin w/pb for breakfast w/coffee, yogurt and walnuts for a snack.
6. Scale--just couldn't face it this morning
I've got to go pick up the dog from his hair appointment!
