OK, I'll confess it now: I broke my promise to the darn dog! I didn't take him for his walk until this morning, but we DID get out in the fresh air and sunshine and we're both better off for it. I figured he can't tell time, so ANY time is walking time for good ole Mick.
So, it's another healthy living day. I finished yesterday like this:

3. Water--
4. Exercise--
5. Food--

I refrained from binge eating, but I ate a big huge wonderful salad at Saladworks and had a cookie for dessert! Still, no regrets.

5. Food--one slice of fresh pineapple (the Caribbean on my plate, I just felt it!), one slice of toast w/pb, coffee w/ cream.
LLLLLOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNGGGGGG work day, so I'm going to get ready after I stop at Doreen's journal.
