Lukens photography????

HELP! we are still trying to find a photographer who is free for our wedding date 6-25-05. We came across Wayne Lukens online. He is very reasonably priced and we would get all of the pictures but he uses digital cameras to keep the cost down. my question is are digital wedding pictures good quality??? b/c we don't want to settle! Please if you have had digital pictures and are happy with them, let me know!!! we are meeting with him this weekend when we go down for our planning session and the marathon! Happy New Year everyone.

We had Lukens as one of our choices, but we wanted to go with photojournalistic photography so we didn't end up going with them. Have you looked online at their pics? I don't know much about digital photography. Alot of times you can get a good idea from seeing their past work. We are going with NuVisions in Photography. They have the style we want. I don't know much about them, but I am pretty happy with what I have seen so far. Good luck in whatever you decide.

Randy Chapman shot our wedding with a digital camera. The prints look the same to me as englarments from a negative. The biggest print we got from him was an 11"x14".

We used Wayne Luken 4 years ago for our wedding and are very pleased with the pics. I don't think it was a disital camera though. He made us feel very at ease and took a lot of natural pics!

Thank you all for your input! we are flying down tomorrow for our planning session on saturday and meeting with Luken's and 1/2 marathon on sunday so we will see what happens!!!
