Luigi's official opening day today?

We flew home on Saturday and didn't get to ride it but I've been checking wait times today and the app shows luigi's as being down all day so far? Can anyone confirm that? That's a bit of a bust for its official opening day.

Someone in another thread mentioned the ride being closed briefly on Saturday due to rain. I don't live in the area but I believe today was supposed to be rainy too, so maybe that's why.

Could be because of the rain earlier or the extremely windy day. We had thunderstorms this morning and wind is blowing like crazy.
