luggage

When we check into portifino tomorrow it will be around noon or 1 pm.... i am sure our room won't be ready. so can we leave our luggage with the front desk and just go to the park? I will have some cash on me and don't want to take it all to the park, is there somewhere i could leave it? safe deposit box of sorts?

and how safe is our luggage when we leave it? I will have some electronics that I don't want to take with me, ie. laptop.....

They will hold your luggage for you. We have done it lots of times with no problems...Not sure about the cash. I dont know if they have a secure area (not including the room safe) where they will hold it for you.

You might get lucky and the room will be available. I've checked in at 7:30 in the morning and the room was ready.

They will, but i agree - don't give up, you are going in low season & they might have you room ready & waiting for you!

i recently returned from hrh stay and can tell you if you store your luggage you can also store your cash with them in a safety box. inquire at the front desk.
