Luggage ???

We have used cable tie straps to secure the zippers on our luggage for a number of years now. If you are not allowed to bring a small pocket knife, what do you use to cut the cable tie straps? Any recommendations?

Leave a tiny loop at the zipper pull, bring a pair of nail clippers with you, they work great for snipping the cable tie.

Nail clippers work great. That's what I use. I pack them into the outer pocket of my checked luggage, so no hassles with security.
