Luggage with Connecting Flight

When we check out of POP next Friday to fly home I plan to check our luggage with RAC. We are on a flight that leaves Orlando, flies to Ft. Myers where we change planes, leaving a few hours later to head home. Will our luggage make it all the way to our home airport or do we have to get it in Ft. Myers and check it onto the next plane? Thank you!

It will connect through just like if you checked it at orlando airport.

Thank you! Good to hear I wasn't sure how it would work even if we did check it in at the airport. We usually fly nonstops.

Think of the RAC as curbside check-in, but 30 minutes from the airport.

Connecting flights have coding that sends off your bags to the final destination airport, no matter how many connecting flights you take.
