Oh Yes, they sure do. Bell services handles it. Usually you won't get your bags until at least 2pm. I do it nearly every trip, and just did it a month ago. You do have to be in your room when they deliver your bags, unlike delivery from the magical express. Have a fun vacation!

As long as you're prepared to be without your bags until late afternoon/early evening, you'll be fine.
I've had my bags transferred many times.....I hand them off before 8am, and have yet to get them before 4:30!
I now just take a cab, with my bags, to the new resort, get checked in and head to a park from there.

We use this service all the time. The length of time to get the bags has never bothered me as I'm in the parks the time. So no big deal for me if they don't show up till later afternoon. They still make it to the resort before I do. If you are not heading to the park or if you are not staying in the park for the day you probably want to use a taxi or Uber to move instead.

We will transfer from Caribean to AoA in March. If we request for luggage transfer, and then spend the day at the park, do we pick up the luggage at the new resort when we check in? Or do we go to the room and then Bell Service will deliver it?

This is the first time we resort-hop, therefore I am very scared about the logistics.

You call for Bell Services from your room once you arrive at AoA. They'll bring it to you.

I agree that this is the best way. We've also had to wait a while for our luggage.

We are changing from AK to old key west in march.. Won't have a car.. We do this almost every year I always take a cab at checkout time. Go to new resort and check in with my bags. The last couple years we have gotten right into room. But we never do a park on day we are changing resort. So if room isnt ready we go to pool or head over to Disney springs for lunch. I much prefer having my bags with me.
