Luggage Transfer from Dolphin to Poly

Does the Dolphin participate in the luggage transfer system whereby one can leave their bags with bell services and have them transferred to another Disney resort?

No, they don't participate in WDW luggage transfer at the Dolphin. Your best bet will probably be to take a taxi with your things to the next resort.
