Luggage to the room

I am sure that this is here somewhere and is an easy question but I couldn't find it. My DS12 and I are going to get into the resort (Pop) around lunch time and want to go to a park probably until close. We usually get to the resort later in the day when our room is already ready for us and take in our own luggage. Will bell services hold our luggage and put them in our room later when our room is ready? It is just he and I and he will have a wheelchair so he can't help with luggage much. We have 2 other people who are coming in mid week that we will have luggage for as well (they are flying) so there will be a few suitcases, case of water, etc. Thanks!

If your room is not ready, there's a chance it could be, then bell services will hold your luggage. When you get to your room later in the day you call down to bell services from your room and they will bring it to you. They won't drop off the luggage without you being there, but it won't take long for them to bring it over.

We checked in at Poly, bell services held our luggage and when room was ready, we called them and they brought it right up!
