I'm not sure what you are asking. When I received my tags they had a place for my name
and address inside the tag..

If you mean a luggage tag in which you insert the DCL tag, then Amazon has them in various sizes. Just search for cruise tags.

However, the DCL tags are very sturdy. I've never had a problem with them coming off. Since we fly in at least a day before the cruise, I don't put on the DCL tags until we are ready to head to the port, so they are less likely to be damaged or lost by the airlines. If staying at an airport hotel, it's before we leave to return to the airport; if we're at a WDW resort, when I put the luggage aside for bell services to pick up.

The sticker luggage tags with the barcodes like the airlines use for checked bags? Those definitely do not need any sort of protector. In fact, any sort of cover will be a PITA for the handlers.

We used those and custom luggage tags that I had made from an etsy seller and that was it.

Those holders are for the cruise lines that have switched to print at home luggage tags.

True, but I've seen cruisers on other lines use them for the peel and stick tags like DCL sends because they are afraid those tags will be torn off.
