Luggage tags but no “documents”?

Nope, they announced that they were changing the 'package' a few weeks back. We received the same yesterday; folded packet with our personal info on the inside with the luggage tags.

We received the same new system for our cruise last month. Totally useless for us since we are carry.on. Also can't printout the total cruise with shore adventures (to give to house sitter). No emergency phone number cards any more. Just let me print out our full schedule and save the postage for the unwanted luggage tags.

They are figuring out it is much cheaper to just e-mail PDF files than to print out hard copies.

DCL was one of the last cruise lines left which still sent out that full packet. Most others no longer do, and haven't in a while, and do not even send luggage tags you have to print them yourself.

You can print your full itinerary from disneycruise.com. If you expand each day in 'my plans' right click in an open space and choose 'print'. It will show everything planned for each day including port arrival and all aboard.

It took awhile but I found the contact # to leave for family/friends at home. It is at the bottom of your cruise details in the 'Before You Board' section. The # is (888) 322-8732 or (732) 335-3281 (if calling from outside the U.S.). There is really a lot of information in this section. I am glad I was on the phone # hunt as I discovered it during the hunt

I'd rather see calendar files, to import to my calendar atuomatically. I just finished adding them manually to my calendar...
