Luggage Tag question

When we reserved our rooms for ASMo, we hadn't paid for our airfare yet. Now we have and we're leaving on November 10th. What is a good deadline to call so we can be sent our luggage tags?

I'm leaving on 11/4 and I got mine 2 days ago.
