Luggage tag help

Somewhere I saw a thread, but I can't find it now. Our luggage tags arrived and now I have no idea exactly how they connect. Can someone help?

the clear rubby bands pull apart to look like a long rubber band. They are kind of hard to pull apart, but they will. Thread one end through the hole in the top of the tag then take the loop and pull it through the separated section. This will attach the tag to the rubber band.

The wrap the other end around the handle of your bag and then thread the card through the open section and pull. Does this make any sense? It's easier to do than to explain.
